Terms & Conditions

1. Application & Agreement

  • 1.1 These Terms and Conditions are applied on all customers that are using at least one or more products or services provided by Verixy.
  • 1.2 We will only deliver our products and services to customers that have agreed to our Terms and Conditions.
  • 1.3 The Dutch law is present on these Terms and Conditions.
  • 1.4 Verixy has permission to change the Terms and Conditions at any given moment without any sort of notification.
  • 1.5 This agreement start the moment the customer places their order.
  • 1.6 If a part of this agreement is not valid by law it will not influence the rest of this agreement.
  • 1.7 Verixy expects that all information given on the registration form is valid and is your own information. Unless you have permission from your guardian or parent.

2. Delivery & Obligations

  • 2.1 Verixy will try to deliver the ordered product within 24 hours, unless described differently in the product or service’s description.
  • 2.2 Verixy will deliver the products after the concerned invoice has been paid.
  • 2.3 Verixy guarantees that the bought  product or service will meet its description, specifications and conditions.
  • 2.4 Verixy does not make use of a test period. You are hiring a product or service from Verixy. Verixy is not required to give you this period by law.

3. Payments & Billing

  • 3.1 We use the term of payment like stated on the invoice, unless agreed differently.
  • 3.2 Products and Services will be activated when we verify the payment. This is an automated process.
  • 3.3 The product or service can be automatically suspended when a payment is not paid.
  • 3.4 Verixy is not required to refund money.

4. Images, illustrations, texts etc.

  • 4.1 Images, illustrations, text, video’s etc. on all platforms of Verixy are only indicative and cannot be used to unbind from this agreement or a refund of a service/product.
  • 4.2 Copyright is present on all shown images, illustrations, text, video’s and other visual aspects.

5. Liability

  • 5.1 Verixy is never responsible for damage caused by interruptions or maintenance of services/products.
  • 5.2 Verixy is never responsible for damage caused by our employees.

6. Out of Control

  • 6.1 Under the term “out of control” we are talking about situations like: Mistakes made by our provider, interruptions, malfunctions, (terrorist) attack, fire, water damage, internal problems, license issues, DDoS attacks, problems in the business operations of third parties.
  • 6.2 If the “out of control” situation lasts longer than 30 days and if we after 30 days still have no influence on the situation both parties will be authorized to break this agreement. Compensation is in no situation negotiable.

7. Technical

  • 7.1 Verixy keeps back-ups of your website. However we don’t do this regularly and have no schedule set for this. We are not required to make these back-ups.
  • 7.2 Verixy may at any time of the day perform maintenance. This does not have to be announced. Interruption of a service caused by maintenance is not counted as downtime.
  • 7.3 Verixy is not responsible for mistakes made by technical workers.
  • 7.4 When you overuse the limits of your service/product extra costs may be charged or the service/product will be suspended.

8. Pricing

  • 8.1 All prices given on the website or any other communication platform of Verixy are only indicative and under reservations of spelling- and other mistakes. The given price does not have any influence on the validity of the agreement.
  • 8.2 When Verixy is adjusting prices of a service or product it will be charged on the next invoice.
  • 8.3 All prices on the website of Verixy are in the “Euro” currency. They are without 21% VAT that will be calculated on top of the given price.
  • 8.4 Verixy is allowed to change prices, although we have to give a notice 14 days before the actual change.

9. Usage

  • 9.1 It is not allowed to use products and services delivered by Verixy that are in conflict with the Dutch law, these are activities like: DDoS attacks, spreading dangerous, racist or any other obstructing messages/activities.
  • 9.2 If Verixy judges your use of a service/product dangerous to any other of our services/products, other computersystems, Verixy’s network or that of third parties, we are authorized to take measures we find necessary to get rid of any danger.
  • 9.3 Verixy can ask you questions about the damage done by the actions that are in conflict with this agreement. You will allow Verixy to indemnify any information about the claims of third parties that are involved by the inflicted damage.

10. Communication

  • 10.1 Verixy is using the following communication methods:

    •     sales@verixy.com
    • – We also make use of a live chat, created by Crisp. We have no control over their use of information.
  • 10.2 Verixy is reachable through the contact form on our website (https://verixy.com/contact-us) (read article 9.1), our social communication methods (read article 9.1) and our email address contact@verixy.com (read article 9.1).

11. Definitions

  • 11.1 The word “Customer” should be used as: the person/company hiring/using a service/product delivered by Verixy.
  • 11.2 The name “Verixy” is the name under which we act and sell our services/products. Verixy is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 75451123.
